BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fees are payable on the 1st of the month in advance by invoice and can be paid by bank transfer, cash or childcare vouchers. (You will need to inform us as to which scheme your employer uses)
If fees are late we will contact you to remind you. If after 48 hour’s the fees remain unpaid without explanation we reserve the right to withhold your child’s place until fees are paid. We will endeavour to help accommodate you where we can on occasion where payments are delayed.
There is a charge of £3 for late collection. After 6pm, this increases to £8, with a further £10 payable for every 15 minutes thereafter – which will be added to the next invoice.
Fees are charged for booked sessions whether the child attends or not including family holidays.

Children will be collected from Moulton Primary School at 3.20 from the allocated school meeting point; a register will be taken, and will be the same as the school holds for each day. You must inform us if you do not require us to collect your child for any reason.

1 month’s written notice from the 1st of the month (email/letter) must be given to terminate your contract or to alter/cancel a permanent/regular booking.
24 hours’ written notice (text/email) where possible must be given to cancel ad hoc (occasional / one-off) bookings.
